South Street Surgery welcomes new patients. If you would like to register with the Surgery please first of all check that you live within the practice area . Then pop in and speak to one of the receptionist who will be happy to help you with the registration process.

Alternatively, please select the option that best applies to you from the menu on the right. You will still need to pop in and see the receptionist but it will speed the process up.
